Gault&Millau chose the restaurant Le Prince Noir (one Michelin star and 3 Gault&Millau toques), in Bordeaux, to award its South West Gault&Millau grant for young talents, on Monday, 18 March. Four yound Chefs were up for an award in the presence of the partners including Champagne Collet: Flora le Pape et Clément Guillemot, Jonathan Vallenari et Félix Clerc. The Maison Collet is delighted to work with each of the laureates in the opening of their restaurants. This is a real helping for these young Chefs who brilliantly carries their project.
