A perfect companion for indulgent moments and celebrations, the Rosé Dry Collection Privée enhances last courses!

A meticulous selection of 20 Grands Crus and Premiers Crus Champagne appellation villages including Vertus, Avize, Aÿ, Hautvillers and Ville-Dommange. 50% Pinot Noir contributes richness, power and tenderness. 16% originating from Mailly-Champagne and Vertus is vinified as red wine, to give this Rosé champagne its slightly tile-red colour and warm aromas of red fruits. 40% Chardonnay, essentially from the Côte des Blancs, contributes elegance, finesse and freshness. In addition, the Chardonnay of the Grande Montagne de Reims presents lightly smoky mineral notes as well as a full richness. 10% Meunier, predominantly coming from Ville-Dommange, brings harmony and sweetness to the assemblage.

The cuvée Rosé Dry Collection Privée, with its luscious aromas, was created to accompany desserts. Its sweetness is a perfect companion for fruit-based preparations, such as a strawberry tart or raspberry tiramisu.

The Champagne Collet Rosé Dry Collection Privée is aged for a minimum of 4 years in the very heart of the limestone in our centuries-old cellars in Aÿ, in order to bring beautiful richness and great complexity.

Appearence

Pink hue with salmon highlights.

Nose

Fresh and delicate, revealing aromas of rhubarb tart, strawberry and tropical fruit flavours.

Palate

A beautiful balance of the tart freshness of pink grapefruit and the sweetness of strawberry shortcake makes the cuvée Rosé Dry round, supple and delicate. Very fruity, elegant and luscious aromas, accompanied by a fine effervescence.
