A tonic low dosage champagne which allows each terroir to express itself.
This assemblage is based on a meticulous selection of 20 Crus from the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Champagne region. 20% reserve wines is added to the final blend. 40% Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages such as Avize or Oger contributes strength and complexity. The Premier Cru of Vertus is chosen for its freshness, tonicity and citrus notes. And the Premier Cru of Villers-Marmery is marked by minerality and slightly smoky notes. 40% Pinot Noir brings length, power and richness of red fruit aromas, thanks to legendary Grands Crus such as Aÿ and Mailly-Champagne. The tenderness and enjoyment of the wine are credited to the Crus of Rilly-la-Montagne and Champillon. 20% Meunier of Ville-dommange provides roundness, sweetness and suppleness.
The cuvée Extra Brut Premier Cru brings out its best charms when paired with iodised dishes such as the famous oyster basket. The Extra Brut Premier Cru will pair equally well with caviar, lobster à la marinière, or as part of a gourmet meal with white truffl e scented prawn panna cotta.
