The Paris stage of the Gault&Millau Grant for Young Talent took place on the barge in the Jardins du Pont Neuf on Monday, 20 May. In the presence of the sponsors, including Champagne Collet, 4 chefs were selected to receive the grant: Marc Favier, Jean-Baptiste Ascione, Elis Bond and Nicolas Adamopulos. Champagne Collet is delighted to be able to support all the winners in the opening of their own establishments. The grant is a veritable helping hand for these young chefs!
